EVIDENCE BEFORE PROMISES.
MARL coordinates sourcing, commercial communication and QC evidence around the buyer’s acceptance criteria. Manufacturing warranty remains with the responsible producer / seller.
The role
Buyer-side clarity without pretending to be the factory.
MARL sits between requirement and supply: clarifying the buyer brief, checking supplier fit, coordinating evidence, and keeping commercial communication aligned through the transaction.
01 — Requirement Qualification
Product, specification, quantity, packaging, destination, target shipment, commercial terms and acceptance points are clarified first.
02 — Supplier Fit
Potential production routes are screened for capability, capacity, documentation, communication and commercial viability.
03 — Quotation & Sample
The closest fit is translated into a commercial offer. Samples are coordinated when they materially reduce uncertainty.
04 — QC Evidence Coordination
Evidence is aligned to the agreed acceptance criteria: measurements, weight, burn behavior, photos, lab / COA where available, packaging and pre-shipment checks.
05 — Shipment Follow-Up
Loading, container / seal information, shipment documentation and buyer–supplier communication are coordinated with the responsible shipment parties.

What can be coordinated
A practical evidence checklist.
Quality principle
The safest time to identify a specification gap is before the quotation or shipment—not after the container arrives.
Requirement first.
Evidence second. Promise last.
Need a sourcing check?
Send the requirement.
We’ll assess the gap.
MARL can help determine whether the current Indonesia supply route is technically and commercially realistic before you commit.
